Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the delivery destination, as indicated below.
Italy and San Marino
For orders with a total amount below €100.00: €8.60
Free shipping for orders of €100.00 or more.
Other Locations
For Italy Islands, Remote or Outlying Areas, the costs are as follows:
Italy Islands: €11.00
Outlying areas: €12.00
Remote areas: €15.00
Free shipping for orders of €100.00 or more.
Other Countries
For other countries, please contact us before completing your order to obtain shipping costs and delivery terms.
Delivery times
For Italy and San Marino, delivery is carried out by GLS courier approximately within 2 working days from the date the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding. BWHICH shall not be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Delivery delays
Orders may be delayed in the event of:
- Public holidays: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, the week of 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, the week of 25 December, 31 December.
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier strikes or logistical disruptions
Delivery to remote or outlying areas may require additional time.
Risk transfer
All risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier.
Force majeure
BWHICH shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
Incorrect or incomplete address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. BWHICH shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information.
Partial deliveries
BWHICH may send an order in multiple shipments. Delivery times for partial shipments may vary.
Lost or damaged parcels
Any claims regarding lost or damaged shipments must be notified immediately to BWHICH and to the courier. BWHICH will assist in resolving the issue according to the courier's terms and conditions.
Customs duties, taxes and import charges
For shipments outside Italy and San Marino, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and any other charges applicable in the destination country.
Delivery attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver due to the recipient's absence, a notice will be left. Subsequent delivery attempts or storage fees may be charged to the customer.
