Returns and Refunds Policy

The returns policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to return a product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be returned in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (for example special orders or personalised items) and products showing clear signs of wear, items without tags, or items without proof of purchase. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be returned in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

You will be refunded the amount paid to us, excluding cash-on-delivery fees (€2.50) and return shipping costs, which amount to €16.00 for Italy and twice the original shipping cost for other countries.
